September is Suicide Prevention Awareness Month and as we always say, “You are not alone.” After losing her brother to suicide, Tamu Lewis became the Co-Founder and Board President of the LTY Foundation which is a non-profit organization dedicated to mental health education. We are honored that Tamu Lewis is the speaker for this class. Join her as she speaks to the 5 signs of emotional pain, as well as the healthy habits we can cultivate for emotional well-being.
